Service Description

EFT is an emotional freedom technique that uses the mind and body to clear physical and emotional blocks from the energy system within us. Using simple intention and our fingers EFT is a non invasive, non judgemental, adaptable self help tool known as the "people's technique" EFT is fast and effective, regardless of when something happened to cause the block/ emotion and involves no extensive conversations- the therapist doesn't even need to know your actual concern! EFT is gentle and easy to learn, uses no medication, stretching or manipulations and can be used anywhere at any time In this five hour taster session we will briefly look at the history of EFT, how it works, and how to use this "people's technique" in our daily lives, alongside examination of secondary gains and "blocks" to it or our potential Includes a workbook Refreshments Opportunities to practice individually and as a group with support On street parking available Doors will close at 11:15 Concessions are available if needed This lesson is available for six people, and booking is essential. Cushions, blankets will be provided but if additional resources are needed please either bring your own or speak to Kirsty in advance. A decent respect for yourselves and others is required with appreciation of the four agreements: Be impeccable with your word Don't take anything personally Don't make assumptions Always do your best EFT is the freedom from any restrictive emotion and this will therefore be a safe space to express this Sacred process, any not adhering to this will be asked to leave with no refund. EFT is not a replacement for any medical treatment

Cancellation Policy

Life happens. At Hampshire Canna we fully understand many unplanned events can occur and as such we have tried to keep our cancellation policy as fair as possible for all involved. If cancelling a service or treatment, please do so within 24 hours of its appointed time ( unless extreme circumstances) and rebook ASAP if you so wish to ensure there is space Clients will be offered one free re-book After which a deposit will be asked for If cancelling a workshop/ soundbath/ class etc please do so with as much time as possible to allow other people to attend in your place Thank you for your understanding
