We all vibrate at a unique frequency In this energy we maintain health and balance on all levels All too often life happens and we find ourselves moulded until we no longer recognise our own tune. Trying to be something we are not is like playing a saxophone when you are trained for the guitar. It doesn't fit Ultimately affecting every other chorus in our life until we forget the dance of our own Soul. Would you like to reconnect with your own rythmn, face to face within an intimate orchestra of like minded people. A space to fine tune into the 0m-azing person you are, your own frequency, recognising your Divine sound within the United-verse. I am offering a study day at Hampshire canna to facilitate this concert of creation. Starting at 10 ( doors will be closing at 10:15), finishing at 4PM The session will include: A workbook, pendulum and tuning fork (rrp £40) Refreshments If there is enough time we will also close with a harmonising soundbath Alongside a chance to win a bespoke sound healing with myself Total cost of £88- Concessions available- please message me You will leave with an understanding of sound and health, having been guided to use these on yourself. Cancellation Policy

Life happens. At Hampshire Canna we fully understand many unplanned events can occur and as such we have tried to keep our cancellation policy as fair as possible for all involved. If cancelling a service or treatment, please do so within 24 hours of its appointed time ( unless extreme circumstances) and rebook ASAP if you so wish to ensure there is space Clients will be offered one free re-book After which a deposit will be asked for If cancelling a workshop/ soundbath/ class etc please do so with as much time as possible to allow other people to attend in your place Thank you for your understanding
