How often do you laugh at yourself? Truly In-lighten what is occurring for you as a result. Life can be bloody hard But that doesn't mean it has to be serious For centuries the medicine of laughter has long been recognised for it's impact on the mind, body and Soul Releasing endorphins, reducing blood pressure ( once we've moved through the elevated giggles!) and relieving pain Laughter, although incredibly vulnerable at times, has remained with us throughout our evolution As a fundamental element of survival Not only in our own "packs" and tribes... who doesn't "love" a class clown right?! But also sacredly in the form of the everlasting Fool or Heyoka- thunder being of the West Encouraging us to release what no longer sustains our growth through the embodiment of this nervous, often subdued, natural tension There are many types of laughter But ultimately they all bring forth the opportunity to give space to any conflict within us To transform our energy as a result By doing, often the opposite, of what we are expected to do in the face of adversity....LAUGH! I have been studying laughter therapy for some time now and would like to take this further and offer sessions at hampshirecanna On a trial basis initially, with the view of expansion ( not just in our abdomens!) if needed I am therefore welcoming you to a Sun-day of giggles as we look at ourselves through the age old question.... why so serious?!!! Doors close at 2:15 Refreshments will be provided Yoga mats and cushions are available ( I'm not saying we will use them mind!) There is on street parking £11 PP Spaces are limited to 6 for comfort and safety at the venue therefore booking online ( via the link or at www.hampshirecanna.co.uk/soulmidwife) is essential Selecting "going" does NOT guarantee you a space Please note the Five agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz Laughter is incredibly healing but no less sacred Let me know if you have any additional needs so we can try to be as inclusive as possible but be aware an open mind and sense of humour is mandatory!!!

Cancellation Policy

Life happens. At Hampshire Canna we fully understand many unplanned events can occur and as such we have tried to keep our cancellation policy as fair as possible for all involved. If cancelling a service or treatment, please do so within 24 hours of its appointed time ( unless extreme circumstances) and rebook ASAP if you so wish to ensure there is space Clients will be offered one free re-book After which a deposit will be asked for If cancelling a workshop/ soundbath/ class etc please do so with as much time as possible to allow other people to attend in your place Thank you for your understanding
